We are proud to introduce our line of deposition systems as an extension of our existing product line. By leveraging our expertise in vacuum technology and automation, we are able to incorporate a variety of technologies, including sputtering, e-beam, thermal evaporation, or a custommized solution of combined tech.

Build your own

We offer components used in PLD Systems, as well as other deposition and etch systems. Standard vacuum flanges, customizable geometry, leveraging 3D CAD are all ingredients leading to parts that can be bolted together by lab personnel to build a system
