A pre-ablation shutter is standard, as well as adjustable X-Y-Z positions for optimal plume placement.
The package also includes a programmable temperature controller with an integrated touch screen panel for complete control and accessibility.
The NBM DESIGN Rotating Substrate Heater advances capabilities to allow for contact-free heating, load lock integration, full-circle substrate rotation, and when combined with our X-Y manipulator, complete position adjutabilty.
